Yet too often, bright minds are held back by confusion, lack of direction, or a career path that doesn’t align with their true strengths. My vision is to help students discover clarity early on — to guide them toward choices that reflect who they are and what they can truly achieve.

Over the years, I’ve come to realize that true success isn’t just about personal achievements — it’s about helping others find their own direction and purpose. My academic journey began with a 7th state merit rank in Class XII, followed by an All India Rank of 627 that secured my place at IIT Bombay. I later ranked 3rd in the MBA entrance exam (MHCET) and stood 1st in the PhD entrance exam at Pune University.

Professionally, I’ve held leadership roles across banking, IT, and education. From leading top-performing teams and handling international clients to heading a premier B-school in Pune, my experiences have been rich and diverse.

No matter the role I’ve held, I’ve always found fulfillment in guiding others. Whether it was mentoring SMEs in banking, helping team members navigate their careers, or offering life advice to students — people have trusted me as a sounding board. My sessions as a trainer with ICAI were particularly fulfilling, as students continued to reach out for guidance long after the sessions ended.
